Our 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging with all original tags still attached.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned. We do not sell age-restricted or digital products, and we do not offer gift cards or subscriptions, so these exceptions do not apply to Yorvanta LLC.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team:

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label via email. Please carefully pack the item in its original packaging, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Return Shipping Costs
Yorvanta LLC is pleased to cover the cost of return shipping for eligible returns. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label, so you don't have to worry about additional expenses.
Refund Process
Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
- We will send you an email notification confirming that we have received your returned item.
- Following inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
No Restocking Fees
Yorvanta LLC does not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different color or style, we recommend initiating a return for the original item and then placing a new order for the desired product. This ensures you get exactly what you want as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery at support@yorvanta.com or call +1 (800) 970-1111. Please provide your order number and include photos of the damage or incorrect item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
